Questions

What kinds of materials can you design?
Custom banners, booklets, brochures, business cards, CD or DVD labels or jackets, envelopes, flyers, invitations, letterhead, name tags, newspaper ads, postcards, posters, programs, signage, stickers, tickets, website artwork and more! To find out if I can design what you're looking for, contact me.

How much do you charge?
Because each job is unique, I don't have a price list. I charge for my time and talent as well as for artwork (materials such as stock photos and typefaces). An additional fee applies to printing. If you wish to have your job printed, I have several printers that I use with good success and decent rates, which I pass on to you. If you'd prefer to print your own job, I can supply print-ready files to you. If you do have your item printed, a shipping charge will also be applied. To get an idea of how much your job will cost, please contact me with the details of your job and I'll get an estimate to you.

How long does it take?
This too varies depending on the scope of the project. If you're working with a tight timeline, let me know and I'll try to accommodate you (or let you know if it's not possible). If you want your job printed and shipped, a longer timeline will save you money.

What does your process look like?
If you're interested in working with me, contact me with the details of your job. I'll provide an estimate on how much your job will cost and send you a Project Agreement (contract). If you agree to the terms, you'll sign the agreement and return it to me. 50% of the project fee will be due before work can begin. Once I've worked on your job, I'll send you a draft and we'll review, edit and make any changes that are needed. Once the final version is complete, I'll send you an invoice with the remaining amount due and the final version of your job.

What if there's an error on my item?
I provide thorough proof-reading to all items that I design (spelling, grammar and layout). However, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing a final proof and giving your okay in writing. If an error does slip through, you'll be responsible for reprinting costs. If the item is not printed (a digital file), I will fix it for you at no additional cost.

Can I ask another question?
Contact me and ask! I'd be happy to answer your question as soon as possible.
